Star of The Only Way is Essex Kate Ferdinand was seen taking her baby son Cree for a mother and son swim after a weekend of celebrating her 30th birthday with her family.
A picture shows Kate holding up Cree in the sun while the pair enjoy time together in a swimming pool.
The reality TV star’s life changed after she met former Premier League footballer Rio Ferdinand in 2017.
Now, as well as being mum to baby Cree she is also a hands on step mum to Rio's children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and ten-year-old Tia.
The star of reality television shares frequent updates on her Instagram page, posting out photos to her 1.4 million followers.

In her most recent upload, Kate posted a charming picture of herself and baby Cree enjoying a swim in the sunshine together.
Cree could be seen wearing an adorable outfit with a matching dark blue swimsuit and hat with whales on it.
Under his hat a big grin can be seen as he giggles with his mum.
Kate was wearing a black bikini with a striped strap at the back, and a visor cap to keep the sun out of her eyes.

The caption on the adorable photo read simply: “Swimming with this happy bubba”.
Kate passed her 30th birthday with friends and family, with it being believed that she managed to get away to Portugal for a few days to enjoy a break.
In a post on her official Instagram page, the 30-year-old reality star said:
“The best day celebrating my birthday with my beautiful family and friends.”
Meanwhile, husband Rio wrote back with a touching message, saying to Kate: “"Happy 30th birthday to my Wonder Woman.
"Thank you for being you x The most love.”
Rio and Kate celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary in September last year. The wedding including a pre-wedding party and a fantastic ocean view during the ceremony.
Kate reportedly broke down in tears after her little sister shared a previously unseen snap of the wedding to mark her 30th birthday.
She has also spoken about how becoming a mum has changed her life and her outlook, saying that she no longer puts as much pressure on herself as before.
