Kate Ferdinand has shared an incredible snap of her post-baby body nine months after welcoming son Cree.
The former TOWIE beauty took to her Instagram page on Thursday to upload a snap of herself nine months pregnant alongside one of her now with her little boy in her arms.
Kate - who shares Cree with ex-footballer Rio Ferdinand - posed in a black bra and pants in both the offerings and penned a lengthy caption where she reflected on giving birth and embracing her post-partum figure.
The Essex native told that she worried about not 'feeling herself again' after becoming a mother before adding that she is a "is a bit more wobbly than before."
"16.12.2020 / 16.9.2021 My baby is 9 months old, I can’t believe it," she typed.
Detailing how she felt throughout her pregnancy, she added: "I felt like 9 months of pregnancy dragggggged but just like that this last 9 months have just flown by.

"I took this photo on the day I had Cree and comparing the two photos - it’s truly unbelievable what our bodies can do."
Kate went on to share how she struggled at first to accept her changing shape, as she added: "After giving birth I truly never thought I would feel myself again, and honestly everything is a bit more wobbly than before but I feel so much happier, I am in awe of the fact I have produced my beautiful baby boy and super proud of the woman I have become.
"I’ve definitely eased up on the pressure I add to myself; I’ve never really had a healthy relationship with my body, but watching what it has done for me and my baby this last 18 months is nothing short of incredible.
"I love to work out, but for me these days it is much more about the mind & how it makes me feel rather than how I look. Be proud of yourselves mums, we are amazing."
Below the post, her proud partner Rio typed: "Ridiculous Hasn’t been without hard work baby."
Kate loves to work out in the impressive home gym she shares with her husband and has been candid about her priorities changing since becoming a mum.

In April, she told how sometimes she is able to begin began the day with a gruelling sweat session in her flashy home gym but sometimes she just gets back to bed after completing the morning's to-do list.
In an upload - that showcased her trim and toned post-baby body as she posed for a mirror selfie in a pair of black leggings and zip-up jacket - she typed: "Some days I make the gym and feel ready to take on the world..."
She then followed up the offering with a snap of herself cuddling her baby son Cree in bed and she continued: "& other days we shower, get back in bed and snuggle and that’s ok!"
Promoting the importance of doing what feels best and how she has found solace in connecting with other mums online, Kate added: "Being a mum is such a journey and since talking to you all and other mums on Peanut I’ve really felt like I can relate to you all so much and have stopped beating myself up if every day doesn’t go to plan."

Continuing to praise the app, she added: "Peanut also have so many groups to support you throughout all stages of motherhood, one of my favourites has been a Fitness & Motivation group; motivating you with helpful fitness suggestions."
Revealing that today she was in the mood to pump some iron, she then posted a snap of herself working out and typed: "& today is a good day... Good Friday workout."
The yummy mummy welcomed Cree in December.
After the birth, the former reality personality candidly revealed that she chose not to breastfeed her newborn son.
While she was happy with her decision, she chose not to tell others as she felt under immense pressure to conform to societal standards of motherhood.
Kate has found it difficult to admit in public her choices for fear of the backlash she might face.
