Kate Ferdinand shows off just how she hones her body in the gym in sportswear range

Kate Ferdinand has showed off her incredibly toned figure in her new sportswear range, giving a glimpse into her regular gym acitivites.

The former TOWIE star, who is married to Rio Ferdinand, has collaborated with activewear brand Dare 2b.

She's put together ten pieces including technical sports bras; statement leggings, vests and jackets.

Posing with gym equipment, Kate, 28, proves she's a dab hand with fitness as she somehow manages to look glamorous even while squatting.

She shows off her gym-honed body in the fitness wear, looking totally confident - but she hasn't always been way.

Kate recently revealed she battled with her body image for 15 years, suffering from body dysmorphia that led her to become "obsessed" with the gym.

She would have intense anxiety if she didn't go the gym every single day, but now she has reached a place of balance and happiness.

The blonde beauty might do around 500 sit-ups a week to achieve her trim figure, but she says exercise is more about boosting her mental health.

Kate says despite what people think, she's not up at 4am every day to hit the gym, and doesn't beat herself up if she has a day off.

The star, who is doting stepmum to Rio's kids Lorenz, Tate and Tia, told the  Daily Star  : "I used to feel like something terrible would happen if I didn't work out and it used to really take over my life.

"I suffer from anxiety and I added to that by thinking I would get anxious if I didn't work out.

"It's something I've only learned recently but the world isn't going to end if I don't go to the gym every day."

Kate also says she doesn't like to compare herself to other women.

Rather than looking at others for inspiration, she looks at old photographs and videos of herself to spur herself on in her fitness regime.

Kate recently starred alongside husband Rio and his children in BBC documentary Becoming A Stepfamily.

And she's admitted that filming the show helped "save" her relationship with Rio after she'd been left feeling "isolated and alone".

Speaking on Ferne Cotton's Happy Place podcast, she said: "I felt super vulnerable, I was in quite a state.

"When we were filming I struggled with it so much. I was all over the place, but at the same time we needed help.

"Going through that process has been unbelievable. It's been tough but we've learnt a lot."
