The TV star complemented her low-key ensemble by working her blonde locks into a soft curl and sported a glamorous beauty look.

The mother-of-one also modelled a chic all-white outfit, which included a loose-fitting denim shirt, jeans and shirred-style bandeau top.

Kate rounded off her affordable looks by posing in a simple black crop top, high-waisted palazzo pants and a pair of Christian Dior sliders.

The blonde bombshell paired the ab-flashing look oversized shades and a designer crossbody bag as she posed in her garden.

Captioning the fashion-themed post, Kate wrote: “Summer Days wearing @tuclothing… It's amazing how brighter days and getting dressed up can make you feel so much better especially after the miserable weather we've had over the last week ..."

Last week, Kate shared an adorable photo of her working out in her home gym alongside her six-month-old son Cree.

The former TOWIE star highlighted her incredible post-baby figure in a charcoal grey camouflage vest and black gym leggings as she performed a glute bridge.

Kate complemented her gym attire by working her blonde hair into a sleek ponytail and sported a radiant beauty look.

However, the new mum was understandably distracted by her adorable baby boy, who also got in on the action with some tummy time on the mat beside her.

Kate's workout comes weeks after she revealed her emergency caesarean section left her unable to walk for six weeks.

The former TOWIE star gave birth to her son Cree in December last year, and it took her weeks to start to recover from the birth.

A self-confessed fitness fan, Kate was known for posting videos of herself doing gruelling workouts on Instagram, sometimes with her husband Rio Ferdinand, but since becoming a mum she has learned to take it more slowly.

Speaking to the Mirror, she said: "I had an emergency C-section, that's like major stomach surgery, so you really have to ease yourself back in and listen to what the doctor said.

"I don't think I could train for six weeks, I didn't even really walk for six weeks I don't think, and then I've been gradually building it up slowly.

"I am just listening to my body I'm not doing anything if I feel like it's pulled or it's just a little bit too much I'll just stop," she added.

"I was a bit of machine before I had a baby I realise, just a crazy workout machine, and now I just take it as it comes. I'll try and do as much as I can but if it doesn't feel right on my scar I'll just tone it down."

Kate said she felt "traumatised" by the surgery and her anxiety was high as she wanted to be able to do more with her baby and step-children while she was recovering from the operation.

The TV star regularly documents her post-partum gym workouts on Instagram and in April reminded her fellow new mums that balance is important when looking after a little tot.

The wife of former footballer Rio Ferdinand, 42, told how sometimes she is able to begin began the day with a gruelling sweat session in her flashy home gym but sometimes she just gets back to bed after completing the morning's to-do list.

In an upload - that showcased her trim and toned post-baby body as she posed for a mirror selfie in a pair of black leggings and zip-up jacket - she typed: "Some days I make the gym and feel ready to take on the world..."

She then followed up the offering with a snap of herself cuddling her baby son Cree in bed and she continued: "& other days we shower, get back in bed and snuggle and that’s ok!"

Aside from her son Cree, Kate is also step-mum to Rio's three children, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, who he shared with his late wife Rebecca.
