Kate Ferdinand's son Cree gatecrashes his parents' gym session in most adorable way

Kate Ferdinand shared a rare and adorable snap of her baby son Cree watching his parents exercise at their home gym.

The 30-year-old took to her Instagram to share the sweet picture of her and her husband Rio Ferdinand completing deadlifts.

Cree, eight months, chilled in a baby walker as mum and dad worked up a sweat with the weights.

"Good morning all … We have a spectator," she captioned the post.

Both Kate and Rio were in the middle of the same workout, with Kate rocking an all-black workout ensemble.

Rio stood a few steps in front of her and opted for a blue workout outfit.

Fans found the tiny spectator hilarious and took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

Their son enjoyed watching them exercise (Instagram)

"Love this! Children learn so much via observation and experience!…..no surprises if you have a future gym-goer on your hands hey?! xx " one fan joked.

Another added: "This is brilliant love it, they pick up so much."

"I love how the baby is watching you both, so funny," one amused user commented.

"Love that baby [heart eyes emojis] he loves watching Mummy & Daddy," another said.

It's not the first time the tiny tot joined mum and dad for a workout session.

Kate previously shared an adorable snap of Cree watching her as she did glute bridges.

However, the new mum was understandably distracted by her adorable baby boy, who also got in on the action with some tummy time on the mat beside her.

Captioning the sweet Instagram pic, Kate wrote: “New gym buddy” alongside several emojis.

Kate's workout came months after she revealed her emergency caesarean section left her unable to walk for six weeks.

The former TOWIE star gave birth to her son Cree in December last year, and it took her weeks to start to recover from the birth.

A self-confessed fitness fan, Kate was known for posting videos of herself doing gruelling workouts on Instagram, sometimes with her husband Rio Ferdinand, but since becoming a mum she has learned to take it more slowly.

Speaking to the Mirror, she said: "I had an emergency C-section, that's like major stomach surgery, so you really have to ease yourself back in and listen to what the doctor said.

"I don't think I could train for six weeks, I didn't even really walk for six weeks I don't think, and then I've been gradually building it up slowly.

"I am just listening to my body I'm not doing anything if I feel like it's pulled or it's just a little bit too much I'll just stop," she added.
