Kate Ferdinand cradles baby bump in glam snap but admits her feet are swollen

Kate Ferdinand showed how far her pregnancy has progressed in a glamorous pic in which she cradles her growing baby bump.

The 29-year-old former TOWIE star told her followers that while she was looking fabulous in the photo, it was betraying a painful truth as her stilettos took their toll by the end of the evening.

The former reality star, who is married to ex-England football captain Rio Ferdinand, complained that she had swollen feet by the time she retired to bed, as she reaches the business end of her pregnancy.

Wearing a pale green silk slip dress, Kate showed that she is full of elegance as she expects her first child with Rio but she told fans not to be be "fooled" by her sunshine snap.

Captioning the pic, she told her followers: "Favourite photo spot…

"Don’t be fooled by this pik, by the end of the night the feet were swollen, the heels were off and the bed was calling".

The photo was from her recent family holiday in which she and Rio whisked his three children Tate, 12, Lorenz, 14, and Tia, nine to soak up some sun after months of lockdown.

A lake, mountains and palm trees highlighted the delightful surrounds of their holiday villa but all eyes were really on Kate as she blossoms as her bump grows.

The photo comes a day after she posed with Rio and his children as they showed their appreciation to the mum-to-be.

The family snap sees Rio's youngest two cradling the baby bump as they look forward to the arrival of the newest member of the family.

Former footballer Rio, 41, captioned the adorable pic: "Family time" along with three love heart emojis.
