Kate Beckinsale's epic clap-back as troll says her 'lovers could be her kids'

Kate Beckinsale put a cruel troll in their place for saying her boyfriends could be her children.

Romance has been in the air for the actress, 46, and her new toyboy lover Goody Grace after they were first linked in April this year.

In lockdown, they recently celebrated her lover's 23rd birthday.

A mean troll asked why the English beauty kept dating men who were old enough to be her children.

Mother-of-one Kate hit back with a venomous comment to shut down the troll's vicious remark.

One follower asked: "Why do you keep dating guys that could be your children?"

Kate responded: "Every relationship I have had has been solely to annoy you."

The comments were posted under a picture of her posing with her cat.

She has a penchant for younger men, having recently had a string of younger lovers.

The Underworld star previously had a short-lived romance dalliance with Pete Davidson, 25, after his engagement with Ariana Grande, 26, crumbled.

Last year, she had a brief fling with 24-year-old Matt Rife.

In 2018, the brunette bombshell was romantically linked to 31-year-old comedian Jack Whitehall.

Kate has a 21-year-old daughter Lily from her relationship with actor Michael Sheen from 1995 until 2003.

She has been married once before to Len Wiseman and they tied the knot in 2004.

Their divorce was finalised more than 15 years later in 2019.

Recently, Kate blasted critics for judging her "fun" with younger men.

In a candid interview, the actress told Women’s Health : "It can feel like a little bit of a political act to be a woman over 32 who’s having any fun at all – ‘Oh my god, I’m going to sit home and anticipate menopause while crocheting.’

"Unless you’re doing that, it somehow seems to be risqué, which is just ridiculous."
