Kartik Aaryan, who is currently riding high on the success of his recent films, opened up about his plans of reuniting with director Luv Ranjan for the much-awaited ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 3’.
Kartik said that both Luv and he currently have their plates full. The filmmaker is busy with the post-production of his upcoming film, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’. So there is no update on the collaboration right now.
The actor added that the director has to take the call but he is always ready to do a film with Luv. According to Kartik, Luv launched him and he will always have a special place in his heart. Kartik is waiting for Luv to offer him a film, the actor told News18.
Spilling some beans on the impact that the film had on his career, Kartik said that ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ has received a cult status. People ask him about his monologues in the films all the time wherever he goes. Although it has been years since the films released, they’ve attached the monologues with Kartik and it makes him feel very happy and grateful.
He went on to add that it takes years for an actor to have that one iconic dialogue associated with them but he received that really early on in his career. According to him, the monologues were one-of-its-kind and he feels lucky that he got to prove himself with these two films and those lines.
