NEW DELHI: Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai on Saturday said he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, with mild symptoms.
Bommai also said that he is under home isolation.
"I have tested positive for Covid-19 with Mild symptoms and have isolated myself at home. Those who came in touch with me in last few days, kindly isolate yourself and get urself tested. My trip to Delhi stands cancelled.", the CM tweeted.
He was scheduled to visit Delhi but due to the detection of the infection, his visit to the national capital is cancelled.
