Karl-Anthony Towns might have the most bizarre pregame ritual in NBA history

Athletes are very superstitious folks. And those superstitions can lead them to doing some very weird things to prepare themselves for their games.

But there’s probably not much that’s going to be Karl-Anthony Towns’ pregame ritual at this point. It’s so incredibly bizarre.

You’re probably thinking “yo, he probably eats some weird food to get ready.” Or maybe you’re thinking “What? Does he listen to weird music?” Nope. It’s actually none of the above. It’s even weirder.

Apparently, Towns likes to watch two gorillas fight each other to the death ahead of games, according to Timberwolves reporter Dane Moore.

He’s not out here listening to a motivational song or getting some motivational quotes or something. No. None of that. That’s too normal. This man watches two gorillas. Fight. To the death. Bruh.

This quote is absolutely wild.

This quote almost doesn’t seem real. It feels like that time we thought Kawhi Leonard was out here stanning apples.

NBA Twitter was just lost. There were so many questions.
