Kareem Hunt will play and see touches right away as Browns take on Titans

As the Cleveland Browns search for answers offensively after the injury to running back Nick Chubb, they re-signed a familiar face in Kareem Hunt to platoon the backfield with now-starter Jerome Ford. And the Browns will not ease Hunt into action this weekend against the Tennessee Titans as they seek to get to 2-1 on the season. Head coach Kevin Stefanski has stated that the veteran running back will play right away as the Browns feel comfortable getting him right out on the field.

While the Browns got Pierre Strong Jr. on the field after the Chubb injury, and he even scored a goalline touchdown, the South Dakota State alum struggled in passing situations on Monday Night against the Pittsburgh Steelers. This is where Hunt has historically thrived as he is a dominant pass protector and possesses the hands to catch the football out of the backfield.

So get ready to see the number 27 flashing at Cleveland Browns Stadium. And hopefully, we see Hunt in the endzone.
