The Kardashian family have been branded "obnoxious and selfish rich people" for wasting reams of toilet paper in a prank amid a nationwide shortage.
Many Americans have been struggling to get their hands on precious rolls during the coronavirus outbreak.
Kourtney Kardashian and her sisters have now come under fire for squandering their supplies by using it as part of a prank.
Kourtney, 41, shared a video on Instagram showing her front garden completely covered in toilet roll, with paper hanging from tree and hedges all around the house.
She revealed it was a joke played on her by her sister Khloe and her son Mason, saying: "So I haven't had this much excitement in months!...
"This is what Mason and Koko do when they have a sleepover... This is actually genius."
Her mum Kris Jenner waded in on social media, sharing her own video of the toilet roll devastation and saying: "Well somebody got their house toilet paper last night. Well Kourtney, who did you p**s off?"
Kourtney later joked: "WE WILL SEEK REVENGE @khloekardashian."
However, many of their followers didn't find it funny - and called the Kardashians irresponsible for wasting so much toilet roll when so many families are struggling.
One tweeted: " Khloe Kardashian deciding to teepee Kourtney's house with rolls of toilet paper just shows obnoxious & selfish rich people are even during a pandemic."
Another wrote: "The fact that kourtney kardashian thought I’d be a smart idea to post that her house got tped by her sister. LOL like people are waiting in line for hours for toilet paper."
A third added: "Khloe Kardashian wasted toilet paper like this last night when everyone can't find toilet paper.
"I guess they don’t know what’s going on in the world. #KhloeKardashian #KourtneyKardashian."
One more wrote: "Wow @khloekardashian and mason tp’d @kourtneykardash yard and they wasted so much toilet paper.
"There are people who really need that and are desperately searching for it. next time please think before you post something like that kourtney #kardashian."
