Kardashian sisters remind fans they are 'OG trio' after Kylie's $600m business deal

Khloe Kardashian has celebrated herself and sisters Kim Kardashian-West and Kourtney Kardashian as the "OG trio."

The sassy nickname was unveiled on Instagram on Tuesday night in light of younger half-sibling Kylie Jenner , 22, inflating her personal bank balance to around the tune of $1.6 million - following a huge business deal.

Not one of Kylie's older sisters made reference to the huge achievement but Khloe, 35, used to opportunity to remind fans that she Kim, 39, and Kourtney, 40, were the original Kardashians.

She illustrated the caption with a photo of the threesome posing in pastel coloured bodysuits from a recent photoshoot for their perfume collaboaration.

On her stories Khloe did post footage of unboxing Kylie's Christmas make-up collection as well as Kim's cosmetic kit that was a partnership with her long-time make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic.

Kylie is selling off a majority 51 per cent share in her company Kylie Cosmetics to beauty giant Coty in a deal worth around $600 million.

The daughter of Caitlyn Jenner's deal with Coty was announced on Monday and means she'll be able reach more customers across the world thanks to the company's international infrastructure.

Although she's no longer the majority shareholder, Kylie is still set to make an absolute fortune from the deal.

Coty produces around 77 beauty brands including Calvin Klein, Burberry Beauty, Gucci and Max Factor, and Kylie admitted the deal will turn her range into an "international beauty powerhouse".

She explained: "I’m excited to partner with Coty to continue to reach even more fans of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin around the world.

"I look forward to continuing the creativity and ingenuity for each collection that consumers have come to expect and engaging with my fans across social media.

"This partnership will allow me and my team to stay focused on the creation and development of each product while building the brand into an international beauty powerhouse."

Kylie currently employs just seven full-time staff, and five part-timers, with her mum Kris Jenner looking after all the finances for her 10% management fee.

Many experts have put the company's success down to Kylie's massive social media presence, which has meant she's been able to spend almost no money on flashy marketing campaigns - instead plugging all her products herself.

However, some critics have pointed out the launch of the company, with Kylie's debut product Lip Kits, was based on unrealistic beauty standards as the reality star used fillers instead of cosmetics to achieve her plumped up pout.
