Liverpool Comic Con has revealed its next headliner for its 2021 event, with a huge Karate Kid star set to appear at the convention later this year.
Sean Kanan, who starred as Mike Barnes in Karate Kid Part III in 1989, will appear on both days of the event.
Kanan is also known for his roles as A.J Quartermaine on General Hospital, Deacon Sharpe on The Bold and the Beautiful and Sam Steven on Studio City.
Organisers have also confirmed that Sean will be arriving in Liverpool several days before the event begins in order to enjoy the sites, explore the city - and even visit some local dojos.

Autographs and photographs with the actor will also be available.
Monopoly Events, organiser of Liverpool Comic Con, confirmed last month that the event would be postponed due to the uncertainty around the coronavirus pandemic.

Instead of its usual March date, Liverpool Comic Con will now go ahead on November 13 and 14, 2021.
