He sold a 50 percent stake in his production company, Dharma Productions, to Adar Poonawalla, CEO of the Serum Institute, for a reported Rs 1000 crore. Karan Johar is all set to begin his new exciting filmmaking chapter. He is rumoured to be directing an OTT series for Netflix and marking a big debut in the OTT world. Sources even claimed that it will feature an all-women lead show and that the screenplay has already been finalized. This show will start its production in the first quarter of 2025.
