Kanye West trying to unload more Wyoming properties, sprawling ranch on sale for $11 million

Kanye West isn’t just dashing his marriage and presidential aspirations.

The self-proclaimed “greatest artist that God ever created” has put up his Wyoming ranch on sale for $11 million.

The ranch, located near Cody, Wyoming, is just one of the rapper and fashion mogul’s properties in the area and boasts over 4,000 acres, according to the Cody Enterprise.

In addition to the home and land, the property comes with a host of other amenities including eight lodging units, two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center, meeting facilities, horse barns, a go-kart track and corrals.

While married to Kim Kardashian, the Chicago-raised Atlanta native purchased the ranch in 2019, when it was listed at $13.3 million. Unlike other states, Wyoming law does not require for public disclosure of real estate sale financial transactions.

The outlet reported that the Def Jam Recordings artist was granted approval to build a 52,000-square-foot, single-family residence on his property – the biggest home in Wyoming and 45th biggest in the country. Neither project materialized.

According to the Associated Press, the property leases additional land owned by the U.S. government.

After six years of marriage, four kids and one failed presidential run, Kardashian filed a petition for divorce from the billionaire in February.

The influential reality star and business maven cited “irreconcilable differences.”

West, who unsuccessfully ran for president, also put up his seven commercial properties for sale for more than $3.2 million just a few weeks ago.

While the “Donda” rapper may be saying goodbye to that one property, it hasn’t stopped his spending spree. Last month, it was reported that he dropped close to $60 million on a beachfront Malibu mansion.
