An admittedly stoned Kanye West announced his bid for the White House on Sunday night, before dropping the mic and walking of stage.
During his acceptance speech for the 2015 VMAs highest honour, the Video Vanguard Award, Mr West stood in front of the crowd relishing in his moment. He soon broke his silence and crowd's anticipation with a resounding, "Bro."
By the tail end of Kanye's speech, he announced that he would make a bid for the White House.
"I have decided in 2020 to run for president," he said, short and sweet. And who could question the authenticity of his announcement considering the overwhelmingly popular and successful run Donald Trump has had in recent months?
Meanwhile, the Internet basically exploded. Bringing forth his supporters, longtime fans and people who simply needed questions answered.
