Kanye West taunts celebrities who appear in Famous video: 'Can somebody sue me already'

Kanye West has taunted the celebrities which appear in the controversial new video for his song 'Famous'.

The 39-year-old musician released his new video, which features 12 naked prominent figures lying in bed together, on Friday night.

Donald Trump, Taylor Swift, George W Bush, Bill Cosby, Amber Rose, Rihanna and Chris Brown are just some of the individuals featured sleeping on crumpled white sheets, while West and his wife Kim Kardashian-West are positioned in the middle of the bed.

Many of the celebrities didn’t appear in the clip and were instead created synthetically.

Writing on Twitter on Saturday, West asked why none of the individuals had sued him already. He shortly deleted the tweet.

“Can somebody sue me already #I’llwait,” he wrote.

In an interview with Vanity Fair after the video was released, West said “It’s not in support or anti any of [the people in the video]... It’s a comment on fame.”

The video, which premiered on Tidal and at the Los Angeles forum, comes from his album The Life of Pablo. It references a 2008 painting called Sleep by American realist Vincent Desiderio.

Bush has responded to his appearance in the video insisting that he did not appear in the actual clip. A representative for Bush told TMZ: “In case there was any doubt ... that is not President Bush.”

“He is in much better shape,” they added.

Chris Brown has also reacted to the video saying that he is made of wax.

“Why I gotta have the plumbers butt/ crack showing WAX figure? This n***a KANYE CRAZY, talented, but crazy,” he said.

West’s video of famous sleeping bodies includes former lovers and partners (Rihanna, Brown, Ray J, Rose), family members (Kardashian-West and Jenner), controversial politicians (Trump, Bush) and more.
