Kanye West selling off his Wyoming ranch after buying $57m Malibu mega-mansion
Kanye West is selling his ranch in Wyoming for a cool $11million.
The Touch The Sky rapper has put the sprawling Monster Lake Ranch on the market after purchasing a mansion in Malibu worth $57million.
Kanye is said to be asking for $3million more for his ranch than he bought it for in 2019, according to TMZ.
The father-of-four moved to Wyoming in 2018 to work on his Wyoming Sessions, which produced a total of five albums including his self-titled Ye.
Kanye bought a second ranch in the midwest state - Bighorn Mountain Ranch, which he reportedly forked out $14million for.
The controversial star has been busy lately helping his estranged wife prepare for her Saturday Night Live debut on the weekend.
The rapper is said to have helped Kim Kardashian with the delivery of her monologue, which touched on just about every aspect of her life from O.J Simpson to Kanye's mental health.
Reports have been circulating for a while of a reconciliation between the pair despite Kim filing for divorce in February.
They've been spotted together on a number of occasions, including those outlandish listening parties for Kanye's album Donda.
Kim even rocked up in a wedding dress to one of them.
Kanye rapped to her, while their children were in the audience: “But you came here to show that you’re still in love with me.”
They added: “Kim and Kanye are separated but the divorce is not being rushed through."
Kim filed for divorce shortly after Kanye make a failed bid to be US president amid his well-publicised mental health breakdown.
As reports grew that the pair were living apart Kanye, 44, caused controversy with his support of Donald Trump, and made a series of startling personal revelations during his presidential campaign rallies.
He told his supporters that Kim wanted to get an abortion when pregnant with their daughter North, now eight.
It was said to have been the final straw for the SKIMS founder, 40, and despite pleading for sympathy for her husband on social media, she decided to pull the plug on one of the biggest showbiz marriages.
However, Kanye is now moving into his new home back in L.A and NME reports he also plans to open a new school The Donda Academy in California, which is said to have already recruited some "promising basketball stars."
Named after the star's late mother, the school’s mission statement says that its aims are to, “prepare students to become the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators.”
The move back to California would also mean he's closer to Kim and the kids, who stayed on the West Coast while he debunked to Wyoming.
