Kanye West "obviously still loves" Kim Kardashian after he issued a public apology to his wife.
It's believed the rapper had regrets about sharing "private details" of their heartbreaking conversation about aborting their daughter North, seven.
The musician was understood to be feeling "very bad" after he dropped the bombshell he had been trying to divorce his love since she met Meek Mill in 2018.
In further claims, he compared his life to horror movie Get Out and said his wife's famous family were trying to "lock" him up.
Kim spoke out to ask fans to be kind to her "brilliant yet complicated" husband who was suffering with a bipolar episode.
Since then, Kanye has reportedly felt "much more relaxed" and "definitely understands" he hurt his stunning model wife.
A source told PEOPLE : "Kanye seems much more relaxed and chilled out for the past couple of days...
"He definitely understands that he upset Kim... He feels very bad about it. It's obvious that he still loves Kim."

Mirror Online has approached Kanye West's representatives for further comment.
It comes after Kanye released a grovelling apology to his wife Kim.
In his apology, the rapper begged for his wife's forgiveness for all his fans to see.

He wrote: "I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.
"I did not cover her like she has covered. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."
Hours after his apology, Kane was spotted arriving at Cody Regional health in Wyoming.
The rapper made his arrival at the hospital via the emergency entrance and stayed around ten minutes before leaving, according to TMZ.
It followed Kim asking fans for their compassion after her husband's outbursts.
She wrote: "We as a society talk about giving grace to the issue of mental health as a whole, however we should also give it to the individuals who are living with it in times when they need it the most.
"I kindly ask that the media and public give us the compassion and empathy that is needed so that we can get through this. Thank you for those who have expressed concern for Kanye's well being and for your understanding."
