Kanye Sunday Service Coachella 2019: How to livestream Kanye West’s iconic festival appearance for free

Kanye West is taking his weekly Sunday Service to Coachella this Easter - and you can watch from your couch.

While Kanye has been taking a break from touring, he decided to bring a choir around Calabasas to sing gospel versions of his songs on Sundays. He fittingly dubbed the series “Sunday Service." For those who don’t want to pop over to the southern California desert for the weekend and drop their most recent paycheck on $429 weekend two passes, Coachella will be streaming all performances on YouTube, including Sunday Service.

Why is Kanye West’s Sunday Service coming to Coachella?

Supposedly Kanye backed out of a headline performance at the festival last minute. According to The Guardian, he wanted a custom-built dome-like stage for his show, which would have required the removal of too many toilets. For those who have waited in the bathroom line at Coachella, you know that would have been truly tragic.

In place of headlining, he is now taking his Sunday Service to Coachella for a special Easter performance.

How can I watch Kanye West’s Sunday Service?

If you happen to be at the festival, go to “the Mountain” in the Coachella campsite at 9 a.m. PT for an in-person viewing. If you’re watching from home, his Sunday Service will be streaming live on YouTube at 12 p.m. ET. for free. Yeezy peasy.
