A law firm has struck a deal to relocate its Birmingham office.
Kang & Co, which specialises in driving offences and transport law, has moved from its current home in 1 Victoria Square to The White House in New Street.
The practice has agreed a four-year deal with landlord Hortons' Estate for the new home for its five-strong team but plans to retain use of the Regus co-working facility at 1 Victoria Square for client meetings.
Practice manager Patrick Kelly said: "The move to the White House marks the next step in the growth and expansion of Kang & Co Solicitors and will enable us to provide specialist advice and representation to a wide client base as our team grows."
Nina Meeks, management surveyor with Hortons' Estate, added: "Kang & Co is another high-calibre occupier to have committed its future at The White House.
"The letting is particularly pleasing given the backdrop of the pandemic and demonstrates that there is still a strong appetite for office accommodation in the city centre."
