Leeds United star Kalvin Phillips may be out injured at the moment but as ever, he has still been doing some good work off the pitch.
Phillips surprised lifelong Leeds fan Winnie in a touching gesture to recognise her long-standing support for the club.
Winnie recently celebrated her 85th birthday and has been following the Whites for more than 70 years.
Phillips teamed up with SPORTbible to have a one-on-one virtual chat with her.
"It was an absolute pleasure chatting to Winnie, a very special lifelong @LUFC superfan," the England international tweeted.
"Thank you @sportbible for making this happen and thank you Winnie for all your support and dedication!"
During their chat, Winnie revealed she occasionally inadvertently got Phillips mixed up with a famous American fashion designer.
"I was talking to my son and my memory's bad, you see. I said: 'I can't think of his name, who I mean," she admitted.
"I said: 'He's just got a cap for England'. He said: 'Kalvin?' I said: 'Ah yes, Calvin Klein!'
"I corrected myself straight away and said 'no, no'."
Phillips saw the funny side, laughing as he replied: "I don't mind anyway."
Winnie also recalled the time she once stood up for a well-known opposition player at a match.
"Nigel Martyn came out for the ball and he caught Alan Shearer," she said.
"And this Leeds supporter in front of me shouted: 'I hope you've broken your bleeding ribs, Shearer'.
"And I just whacked him with my programme!"
Winnie wished Phillips well in his recovery from a shoulder problem.
"I'll be getting back soon," said the midfielder, who was ruled out for up to six weeks after sustaining the injury against Wolves on October 19.
