Former Leeds United defender Lucas Radebe believes Ben White and Kalvin Phillips deserve England call-ups.
White and Phillips have been central to Leeds' promotion bid so far, leading the back-line and midfield between them.
Last week, England boss Gareth Southgate revealed he is keeping a close eye on their performances in the Championship.
And former South Africa international Radebe, who made more than 200 appearances for Leeds between 1994 and 2005, believes the duo should be given a chance at international level.
"I have been there and watched some of the games and I have been impressed with how they played. I think 'Kalvin Phillips and Ben White...where did they come from?!'
"I think Bielsa has made them the players they are today, absolutely amazing. I see the England managers talking about those players and it makes me really proud.
"I think it will lift the spirit of the club and the fans and it shows they deserve to be in the squad come the national team games.
"To be honest, It's great for Leeds United and I am impressed with what they have come up with until now."
White is currently on loan at Leeds from Brighton but will finish the season at Elland Road despite the campaign rumbling on beyond the usual end-of-loan date.
Phillips signed a new five-year deal with the club only last year.
