Manchester City announced the signing of Ruben Dias from Benfica - then immediately had fans expecting Kalidou Koulibaly's transfer to be completed.
With Dias signing, many would have expected that there'd be no more Koulibaly in this transfer window with Nathan Ake also signing for the club this summer.
But a message on the Manchester City website has fans believing that they could perhaps be about to sign Koulibaly in the coming days as well.
While announcing the signing of Dias, City published a story on their website which confirmed his squad number as being No. 3.
But there was also a line in it which said: "CITYZENS: New signing - ask Kalidou Koulibaly a question."
City have been chasing Koulibaly throughout the window but baulked at the transfer fee wanted by Napoli.
The Italian giants wanted a fee of upwards of £90m but City weren't willing to pay as much as that.
Pep Guardiola's need for a new centre back was heightened over the weekend, though, with a 5-2 defeat to Leicester in the English Premier League.
It was the first time a team managed by Guardiola had ever conceded five goals in a single game.
