Lineker makes Pulisic prediction

Gary Lineker has predicted that Chelsea man Christian Pulisic will become a ‘star’ for the Blues after his performance against Liverpool on Wednesday night.

In his eight league games since the return of the Premier League, Pulisic has scored four goals and provided another four assists leading to praise from Lineker.

Replays showed that Blues midfielder Mateo Kovacic clearly got the ball and Lampard was left incensed on the touchline.

The head coach was involved in a war of words with Jurgen Klopp and his bench following the decision, with Trent Alexander-Arnold converting the free-kick to double the Reds' lead.
