She appeared to be enjoying some mesmerising views across the the idyllic sea in Phuket, and it seems she forgot to wear her bikini - sending pulses racing.
The brunette beauty is currently on holiday with fellow Love Island star Gabby Allen , 27, who has hit headlines over recent weeks due to highly-publicised former relationship with current I'm A Celebrity campmate Myles Stephenson .
The Love Island babes have continued to share a series of enviable holiday snaps while they explore Thailand and stay in an array of luxurious villas.
In Kady's particularly risqué picture, the pocket rocket perfected the ultimate Instagram pose and dramatically looked out to sea, while protecting her modesty with her hand.
She wore her hair in tousled plaits and appeared to go make-up free for the black-and-white holiday snap.
Kady's cheeky post showed off the reality TV star's incredible figure and teased an insight into her and Gabby's sun-soaked getaway.
Love Island babe Gabby instantly commented on her friend's sexy snap, writing: "I got the best view in the house."
The blonde bombshell has also been posting a series of steamy bikini snaps with one telling followers to "just keep swimming" hinting at her dramatic week.
Gabby posted the image - along with a number of others - after ex-lover and I'm A Celeb star Myles allegedly told Jacqueline Jossa - her husband Dan Osborne cheated on her with his former girlfriend.
Gabby also recently claimed she has been "bombarded by women" claiming they received flirty messages, sexts and explicit photos from when they were a couple.
Myles has always denied cheating on her but the former couple's drama has been brought up again, following his current stint in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
The former couple, who began dating in September 2018, had an acrimonious split in August after she publicly accused him of cheating and lying to her.
Kady's trip abroad with Gabby comes as she regularly takes to social media to flaunt her blossoming romance with Myles Barnett.
The brunette beauty has been in an on/off relationship with the Essex hunk since summer 2018.
In August, the pair shockingly split following an argument and removed all traces of each other from social media.
Less than a week later, the couple reunited and have put on a united front ever since.
The now-smitten pair took their relationship to the next step earlier this year when they purchased a bungalow to renovate in St Albans, Herfordshire.
