Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received on Thursday a telephone call from Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
Ghani hailed the Kingdom’s role in supporting efforts to achieve peace and stability in his country.
For his part, King Salman underlined Saudi Arabia’s support for all efforts aimed at helping the Afghan people, saying it will stand by them to overcome challenges.
