KA Solicitors to relocate Birmingham office

A law firm has purchased a building in Birmingham to open new offices.

KA Solicitors, which specialises in criminal cases, will relocate from its current base in Perry Barr to a new home at 80 Caroline Street in the Jewellery Quarter.

It is planning to move later in the spring once a refurbishment programme has been carried out on the 2,357 sq ft property.

The undisclosed sale was brokered by Jewellery Quarter-based property agency Siddall Jones.

Director Edward Siddall-Jones said: "We're delighted to have found such a great location for KA Solicitors to expand into.

"Despite all the doom and gloom surrounding the office market, we are continuing to see strong demand for self-contained office buildings.

"We honestly feel the past 12 months have made people realise how much they enjoy being in the office and interacting with fellow colleagues.

"We are social animals by nature and, while we expect the office market to change and cater for a more flexible working week, a centrally located base is still often required."

Trethowans Solicitors and Hadgkiss Hughes & Beale Solicitors acted on the sale.
