K Sudhakaran trying to incite riots in Kerala: CPM Idukki district secretary C V Varghese

IDUKKI: KPCC president K Sudhakaran had tried to incite riots in the state in the name of slain SFI leader Dheeraj Rajendran, said CPM Idukki district secretary C V Varghese.

Responding to Sudhakaran’s statement against Dheeraj in Kannur on Sunday, Varghese said that CPM workers will burn his effigy on Monday in Idukki protesting against the statement. “SFI leader Dheeraj’s was a planned murder by a group of Youth Congress activists. After the incident, Sudhakaran had spoken in support of the accused,” said Varghese.

“After taking charge as KPCC president, Sudhakaran is trying to make it a semi-cadre party through training of weapons,” alleged Varghese.
