K-pop star Sulli opened up about abuse in one of the last interviews before her death

K-pop singer Sulli opened up about the abuse she received while in girl group f(x) in one of the last interviews before she died.

Sulli said she felt "alone" and "exhausted" when she was in the band and felt like she didn't have enough support.

The musician, whose real name was Choi Jin-ri, was found dead at the age of 25 in her home in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam in the Gyeonggi province of South Korea, today, with police saying she appears to have taken her own life.

In the first episode of her reality show Jinri Shore, she said: "I was under so much pressure. I often felt scared. We [f(x)] felt so much pressure. I did what someone told me to do without knowing the reason."

She announced she'd be having a year-long hiatus from the band in 2014, but the following year she said she was leaving for good.

The band enjoyed success with songs like Pinocchio (Danger), Electric Shock and Hot Summer.

Sulli explained: "At some point, I started to realise and started to wonder why I should do this and for what I’m doing this.

Sulli was reportedly found by her manager who went to her house when he couldn't get in contact with her.

Confirming her death, a Korean police official said: "It seems that Choi was living alone at the house.

"It looks like she ended her life but we will investigate, open to all possibilities."
