
Nu'est W, a top South Korean boy band, will give a Bangkok debut concert titled "Nu'est W Concert
The concert will see the four boys -- JR, Aron, Baekho and Ren -- perform select songs from their two albums: Re:Birth, peaked at No.5 on the Gaon Album Chart in 2014, and Bridge The World, a Japanese album released in 2015.
The concert is presented by Feoh in collaboration with Pledis Entertainment of Korea.
Nu'est W is a subgroup of Nu'est, founded in 2012 as a quintet that includes Minhyun. He was selected as a member of the temporary boy band Wanna One after participating in the Produce 101 Season 2, and will return to the group by year's end.
The foursome released their debut EP W, Here with the title track Where You At last October. The six-track album was well-received and earned the group their first music show win on M Countdown.
Last year Nu'est W won for best entertainer at the Asia Artist Awards, for discovery of the year at the Mnet Asia Music Awards and for hot performance of the year award at the Gaon Chart Music Awards.
The quartet recently set a record when tickets for their three performances of the "Nu'est W Concert In Seoul", set for March 16-18, sold out in a flash. Tickets for their first show in Thailand, priced at 1,800, 2,800, 3,800, 4,800 and 5,800 baht, will be for sale at Thai Ticket Major outlets on Sunday from 10am, and via thaiticketmajor.com or 02-262-3456 from 11am.
