A distance of 1,420km isn't enough to put K-pop devotees off seeing their heroes. An army of Thai K-pop fans are getting ready to take the two-hour flight to Singapore for some unforgettable moments with their favourite idols.

The electrifying K-pop extravaganza was a huge success last year and returns with more non-stop entertainment. The line-up features a total of 15 acts, headlined by globally acclaimed superstars Super Junior, Monsta X, Nu'est and Winner.
They are joined by boyband Pentagon, top girl groups (G)I-dle and Oh My Girl, reggaeton outfit K.A.R.D, singer Hyolyn, chart-topping rockers N.Flying and rapper Kanto, as well as the next generation of K-pop stars, GWSN, A.C.E, Verivery and Trei.
This year's edition is Southeast Asia's first all-day K-pop festival. The fun starts at HallyuTown, a new section that will function as the main festival square and contain a variety of booths and activities featuring K-food, K-beauty and K-lifestyle. There will also be a dedicated Fan Support area.
Starting in the afternoon, the festivities will begin with performances from up-and-coming K-pop acts, followed by the red carpet event, engagement sessions and, finally, the evening concerts.
The two-day festival aims to bring together 25,000 like-minded festivalgoers and fans from all over the region including Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand.
Tickets are priced from S$98 (2,272 baht) to S$288. Every ticket gives access to two concert events per day: the afternoon showcase, which runs for about two hours, and the three-hour evening concert, where the headliners will perform individual sets of at least 30 minutes each.
