Juventus vs Young Boys – Champions League LIVE: latest updates from Turin as Cristiano Ronaldo suspended

Juventus take on Young Boys in Turin without the help of their star turn, Cristiano Ronaldo, after the Portuguese was controversially sent off in their opening fixture at Valencia.

The Italian club are currently second in Group H behind Manchester United on goal difference, with Jose Mourinho's beleaguered side taking on Valencia at Old Trafford later in the day. Follow it live:

15 mins: A slight lull in play for us to catch our breath! A frantic start to this one, and there looks to be plenty more goals in it as neither side have really settled down. If anything, Hoffenheim look more comfortable.

As they attack, they leave themselves open to the pacy break from City though, and Raheem Sterling has his shot deflected out for a corner that comes to nothing.
11 mins: Half-hearted penalty appeal from Hoffenheim as Kaderábek goes down, shoulder-to-shoulder with Walker - referee says no, and rightly so.

Otamendi also earns himself a yellow card for an early foul.
GOAL!
8 mins: GOAL! Hoffenheim 1-1 Manchester City (Sergio Aguero)
Silva to Sane who looks to have wasted the opportunity when he should have shot, but squeezes the ball through to Aguero, who, as ever, makes no mistake.

That's his 207th goal for Manchester City. Pep Guardiola breathes a sigh of relief.
GOAL!
5 mins: GOAL! Juventus 1-0 Young Boys (Paulo Dybala)
Plenty of action in the early kick offs. Juventus fairing better than Manchester City, as Dybala puts them ahead converting a Leonardo Bonucci cross
GOAL!
1 min: GOAL! Hoffenheim 1-0 Manchester City (Ishak Belfodil)
City are behind in the opening minute! Their defence are caught sleeping and an incisive through ball plays in Belfodil who keeps his calm to slot past Ederson!
