Juventus will turn down any Arsenal approach to sign Adrien Rabiot in the January transfer window, according to reports from Italy.
New Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has been linked with a swoop for France international Rabiot, who has struggled for game time since joining Juventus on a free transfer in the summer.
The 24-year-old midfielder has started just five Serie A games since arriving from PSG, and with Arsenal needing to strengthen their engine room, a move for Rabiot appears an ideal solution for both parties.
However, Juventus are not willing to let the midfielder leave in the January transfer window, according to Sport Mediaset.
The Italian giants are reportedly not even prepared to consider a loan move, which is one option that has been touted.

Earlier this month, Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri admitted Rabiot had found it difficult to adjust since his move from Paris.
"He has struggled to settle into our football, but that is normal,’ said Sarri.
"He also came off an injury and struggled more in the first half in Germany [against Leverkusen], but he came out towards the end.
"He is also quite introverted, which doesn’t help him to settle."
Rabiot, who is contracted to Juventus until 2023, can play as both a defensive midfielder and a playmaker, and was at Manchester City as a youngster before spending nine years at PSG.
If he does join Arsenal it will not go down with rivals Tottenham , who wanted to sign Rabiot in the summer.
Arteta is believed to be keen on making a move for Rabiot whether or not Granit Xhaka leaves Arsenal.

Xhaka has been linked with an Arsenal exit since being formally stripped of the Arsenal captaincy in early November.
And according to his agent, the Swiss international has already agreed a deal with Hertha Berlin .
