Juventus close to deals for TWO superstars as Paul Pogba adidas link proves vital – latest transfer rumours

Juventus are said to be close to landing Matthijs de Ligt and Paul Pogba in a sensational double deal.

The Turin giants now appear favourites to land the two superstars – despite competition from the world’s biggest clubs.

Italian outlet Tuttosport report Juventus have reached an agreement with de Light even though it has been claimed Barcelona’s Gerard Pique was sent to meet the Ajax centre-back while on holiday in an attempt to persuade him to join the Catalan club.

Paris Saint-Germain are also desperate to sign the 19-year-old – but Juve look to be winning the race. Indeed, Tuttosport insist it’s a done deal and an exchange of Moise Kean to the Dutch champions could be part of the transfer.

And it also being reported the Serie A side are homing in on the capture of Manchester United’s Pogba.

Crucially, it seems adidas are proving big players in the deal. The sportswear giants have United, Juventus and the France midfielder in their stable and Corriere dello Sport state they have entered the "dance".

Finally, Bild has reported Bayern Munich have come up with a Plan B if their pursuit of Leroy Sane – first reported by Record Sport – fails.

The Bavarian giants are keen on the Manchester City star but should their pursuit not prove successful, they will turn their attentions to Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele.
