Juventus 'agree to sell Joao Cancelo' amid Man City interest and more rumours

New Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has reportedly agreed to sanction the sale of Joao Cancelo, as Manchester City continue to chase a deal for the full-back.

City have been linked with a move for Cancelo for much of the summer, but the club have failed to agree on a price with Juventus.

That has allowed Bayern Munich to join the race, according to reports, and other rumours say Mino Raiola is helping Barcelona in their attempts to land the right-back.

Now, TuttomercatoWeb say Cancelo will definitely be allowed to leave Juve this summer after new manager Sarri decided he did not have the favoured qualities he requires from a full-back.

The report says City remain interested but a deal has stalled, while Bayern are the biggest threat to a deal.

Meanwhile, Everton will offer Fabian Delph the chance to remain in the Premier League next season, as he looks to be moving closer to a transfer away from the Etihad.

City have re-signed Angelino and promoted Oleks Zinchenko to the no.11 shirt, so Delph will be fourth choice at left-back next season.

Turkish giants Galatasaray had been linked, but now the Sun claim Delph could be a target for Everton for a fee of around £16m. It would also provide Delph the opportunity to play in his preferred central role which could improve his chances of making England's Euro 2020 squad next summer.

Finally, Harry Maguire has reportedly told Leicester he wants to leave the King Power Stadium, the Sun claim.

The report says Maguire would prefer to join City over United because of the Champions League football on offer, but City won’t pay the £85m asking price.
