Justin Rose looked like an amateur golfer when hit three awful shots in a row

Golf is very hard, which is something you definitely know if you’ve ever attempted to play this maddening, yet thoroughly enjoyable, game.

Right when you think you have it all figured out is usually the time everything goes south for you and your game.

That can happen to anyone, including Justin Rose, who is one of the best golfers in the world.

Rose had birdied four of his last five holes during his final round of the Tour Championship when he stepped up to the 8th hole and had a quadruple bogey 8.

How’d that happen? Because he flubbed three straight chips, just like us amateurs would do:

Brutal, especially when you consider how much money is up for grabs at the Tour Championship. That easily cost him a couple hundred thousand bucks.

Rose, however, was able to have some fun with it after his round:
