Justin Herbert threw a bomb to Mike Williams for a 45-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, which had a very significant meaning.
In only his second professional season, Herbert passed Philip Rivers for most touchdowns in a single season by a Chargers quarterback with 35.
Additionally, Williams earned 1,000 receiving yards on the season.
