Justin Bieber slams Irish starlet Allie Sherlock on Instagram over Black Lives Matter

Justin Bieber has taken aim at an Irish starlet for not using her platform to promote the Black Lives Matter movement.

Cork girl Allie Sherlock, whose based in LA, got the comments under one of her Instagram posts.

The 15-year-old has 1.2 million followers on the social media platform and Canadian Bieber asked why she wasn't using them to promote the movement.

Bieber said: "It hurts me that you would ignore, or be silent regarding the racism that fills this globe. Fighting for black lives isn’t political, it’s FIGHTING FOR HUMANITY!"

Later adding: "I can’t live with you having a platform and not using it.  #blacklivesmatter."

The chart-topper got thousands of likes on his comments but didn't get a response from the Irish girl.

Canadian Bieber has been very vocal in his support of Black Lives Matter with multiple posts each day about it.

Fans of Allie's defended the young girl saying she can use her platform how she wants.

One said: "What  @alliesherlock  chooses to post on her forum is her business. How dare you go after a 15yr old girl like that.

"Shame on you standing up there on your pedestal preaching at her trying to make her feel bad.

"She is a young girl trying to make her way in the world, trying to start her career as a performer and you try use your voice to shame and guilt her. Maybe take a step back and take a look at yourself and your actions."

Bieber previously promoted the Irish girl's work on Instagram by sharing it to his millions of followers.
