Justin Bieber may have given his fans a shot at the best Christmas present ever after announcing he would release a new album - if his Instagram post racked up 20million likes.
The 25-year-old poster took to the photo-sharing platform on Sunday saying: “If this gets 20 million likes Justin Bieber will release an album before Christmas”.
In the caption, he told his loyal army of fans: “Share it, like it, post in your story, I gotta see the demand ;) love you guys pumped for it! I'm almost done but your support will make me move faster.”
While Justin has released a string of singles over the past few years, his last album ‘Purpose’ came out in 2015.
The album featured Justin’s hits “Sorry”, “What Do You Mean” and “Love Yourself”.

The post racked up just short of 10million likes within 24 hours, making it increasingly likely that we will be hearing a whole new album from the Biebs over the holiday season.
Among the famous faces showing their support was DJ Khaled, who reshared the post to his own fans in a bid to get the conditional 20million.
