Justin Bieber ignores dreadlocks backlash as he heads out for date night with wife Hailey

Justin Bieber ignored the controversy surrounding his latest hair do as he headed out for a date night with wife Hailey.

The singer, 27, has been accused of cultural appropriation after having his hair styled into dreadlocks.

But he proved that he couldn't care less about what other people say as he and model Hailey got dolled up for a night at celebrity hotspot Craig's in West Hollywood.

Justin opted for blue jeans and a baggy red sweater that matched his red-rimmed sunglasses.

His hair was styled in dreads and pulled back into a ponytail, as Justin finished off his look with a black bandana tied around his head.

Hailey, 24, went all out for the evening in an oversized beige blazer with a thigh-skimming dress in the same colour underneath.

She pulled half of her silky locks up into a ponytail and let the other half hang loose around her shoulders, accessorising with some gold jewellery to finish off her outfit.

Justin recently unveiled his new hairstyle, but it didn't go down well.

The style divided fans, with some saying it wasn't appropriate for him and others showing their appreciation for his new look.

Last night, Justin joked about how long he'd been waiting for Hailey to get ready as he snapped a mirror selfie that showed him fully dressed with Hailey in a different outfit to the one she was later papped in.

He penned: "Waiting for ol girl to figure out what she wants to wear, could be here all night folks wish me luck"

It comes after Justin gifted a pair of his new purple Crocs to Victoria Beckham and she thanked him by publicly joking she'd rather die than be seen wearing them.

The former Spice Girls star and fashion designer posted a snap of the shows on her Instagram story asking her fans to vote on whether or not they thought she'd be wearing them.

When 57% of people voted no, she joked: "Well that was close!

"I think I’d rather die but thank you anyway @justinbieber," adding a laughing emoji.
