Justin Bieber has dropped the surprise album, SWAG II, after teasing the project with billboards around east London.
The Sorry singer released his seventh studio album, SWAG, in July after a four-year hiatus from the music scene.
This week he has been teasing a follow-up project with pink billboards and banners bearing the words SWAG II on landmarks around the world, including in London, Paris, Shanghai, Seoul, and New York.
The 31-year-old dropped SWAG II on Thursday morning, with the record boasting 23 songs and guest appearances from Tems, Lil B, Bakar, Hurricane Chris and Eddie Benjamin.
The album arrived after its promised release time of midnight on Wednesday, dropping first on YouTube Music before hitting other streaming services.
Bieber apologised for the delays on Instagram, writing, “I’m sorry for the wait their telling me any second” and “Me waiting with u, not baiting u not sure wut the f***kyyy is going on clicking refreshhhhhh.”
The appearance of the mysterious billboards sent fans into meltdown as they speculated about the arrival of another album.
One asked, “IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING???" as another shared, "As if this year couldn't be more epic.”
Someone else exclaimed: “Justin Bieber giving us two albums in ONE YEAR?!? oh my gawddddd dreams do come true.”
The Canadian singer released the 21-track SWAG with a similar promotion style earlier this summer.

The LP sees Bieber reflect on his experiences as a husband and father, following online speculation around his marriage to wife Hailey Bieber.
Hailey is the daughter of US actor Stephen Baldwin and has been married to Bieber since 2018.
In May, she told Vogue that postpartum life had been “very difficult” describing constant internet rumours as a “crazy life to live”.
She said giving birth to the couple’s son Jack Blues Bieber in August last year was one of the “hardest things” she has ever done after going through an 18-hour labour.
Track titles include Therapy Session, Dadz Love and Devotion.
SWAG follows 2021’s Justice album, which featured the UK top 10 singles Hold On, Peaches and Anyone, and was made in collaboration with Carter Lang, Dylan Wiggins, Daniel Caesar, Dijon, mk.gee, Daniel Chetrit, Eddie Benjamin, and Knox Fortune.
