Justice Department no longer expected to send Russia investigation to Congress today

Attorney General William Barr will not provide a summary of his Special Counsel report findings to Congress today, a senior Justice Dept. official told NBC News.

Details: The Justice Department will proceed with its review and could submit a summary to Congress on Sunday, despite earlier AP and Fox News reports that findings could be released on Saturday.
