There are now just six confirmed cases of Covid-19 in hospitals across Ireland - down 99.3% from our peak in April.
The positive news comes despite a recent spike in cases over the past week, and was welcomed by HSE chief Paul Reid.
Of those hospitalised, four are in intensive care and two are in wards.
Four people have been discharged from hospital in the last 24-hours, while one patient left ICU.

The six patients are all at different hospitals, according to Ireland's Covid-19 data hub, which is usually updated at 8am each morning.
HSE boss Paul Reid was delighted with the figures, saying: "Some really good news. Overnight, we are now down to just six positive cases in hospital (from 879 peak) and four in ICU (160 peak).
"Just six hospitals with one case each. We all don't want this trend to go back up.
"Let's keep fighting hard against this virus."

The news comes after 14 new cases were confirmed by health officials on Wednesday, but no further deaths were announced.
It brings the total number of Covid-19 cases here to 25,942 since the outbreak began.
Dr Ronan Glynn, Acting Chief Medical Officer, said: “11 of today’s cases were close contacts of confirmed cases and half of these had no symptoms.
"If you are concerned that you have been in contact with a confirmed case please come forward for testing. Do not wait for symptoms to emerge.
“There are now 8 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our hospital system, the lowest number since early March.
"However, across Europe the pandemic appears to be accelerating once again. We have an opportunity to avoid a similar scenario here.
"We must take it by focusing once again on keeping our distance, washing our hands, wearing face coverings and continuing to make safe decisions that will protect ourselves, our friends, our families. No one is safe unless everyone is safe.”
