'Just getting started' - The Sabri Lamouchi verdict that will excited Nottingham Forest fans

Nottingham Forest's stellar start to the Championship season continued on Saturday afternoon.

Lewis Grabban 's second half strike was enough to secure all three points in the East Midlands derby after Jayden Bogle's mistake handed victory on a plate for the Reds.

The win also kept Forest within three points off the automatic promotion places, something that is now becoming a target for Sabri Lamouchi 's men.

And how much of the credit should go to their French boss?

He has barely been in the county for five months, yet his side's impressive performances, particularly away from home, saw him quickly find a home in the Nottingham and the admiration for the man on Trentside has only grown since then.

So we asked Reds supporters to sum up Lamouchi's remarkable job in just a single sentence:

Neil Poxon: We finally found ourselves a competent leader he and the chairman best thing to grace City Ground in decades.

Carole Andrews: Great motivator and doing a great job which will hopefully continue.

Dave Astbury: Forged a strong team spirit, improved the style of play, and exceeded all expectations by making us credible contenders.

Stephen McCubbin: Performances built on team spirit, accountability and intelligence he has adapted very quickly.

Craig Foster: So far so good. The hard work starts now, time for everyone to dig in and stay together as one.

Donal King: Very impressed. Has made us hard to beat .an we are always in the game. Even when we go behind.

Richard Leonard: Seems to have got the new players performing well as a unit. Would like better transfers for any additions . Quality rather than quantity.

Craig Price: It's just getting started!

Kris Amber: Transformed the way the team play, high pressing, flowing football with a strong spine.

Kevin Fox: Fair to say he’s doing a good job, great signing of Samba but if we’re going up Grabban needs a back up another striker and a number ten.

Stephen Forman: Given everybody associated with the club the belief thats been lacking for too long. Supporters love the direction club now going in.

Mark Sommerfield: It’s about results and the final result at the end of the season. So far he’s doing a great job but it’s a long season and the January window will be a big test. We all know we need another quality striker, they don’t come cheap so let’s see what commitment we get from the owner.
