Just a little anarchy in the UK’s care homes

Surely the better course would be to sell the collection and use the proceeds to establish care homes for elderly punks (Malcolm McLaren’s son to burn £5m of punk memorabilia, 17 March)?

• The story goes (Letters, 18 March) that an unlikely name for a Jewish refugee came about when an old man, asked for the name on his bought passport, admitted he’d completely forgotten it. So “schon vergissen” was written down as Shaun Fergusson.
