Jussie Smollett to compete in Fox reality series

JUSSIE SMOLLETT Fox

Jussie Smollett is set to return to Fox as a competitor on the reality series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
The show, which features celebrities undertaking military special forces training challenges, is scheduled to premiere on September 25.
Smollett previously left Fox's Empire in 2019 following controversy over an alleged hate crime attack he claimed to have suffered in Chicago.
He was later accused of staging the attack, leading to a conviction for disorderly conduct in 2021, which he consistently denied.
His conviction was overturned by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2024 due to a non-prosecution agreement.
