Jurgen Klopp urged to sign Liverpool's answer to Manchester United's Marcus Rashford

Jurgen Klopp has been urged to sign a new striker in the mould of Manchester United's Marcus Rashford by former Liverpool forward Emile Heskey.

With Daniel Sturridge looking likely to leave the Reds at the end of his contract this summer, Divock Origi and teenager Rhian Brewster will be Liverpool 's reserve options to Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

Klopp has played all three of his traditional front three centrally at various points over the course of the season, but Heskey believes his former side need a new striker to ease the pressure on their forwards.

"Liverpool will want to sign another striker in the summer," Heskey told betoclock.com, cited by TalkSPORT . " Divock Origi gives them another option up front, but they still need another top striker instead of Firmino .
