Jurgen Klopp has been urged to sign Arsenal 's Bukayo Saka as Mohamed Salah 's successor amid the Liverpool superstar's ongoing contract stand-off.
The 20-year-old has established himself as a key figure in the Gunners' side and is reportedly attracting interest from a number of other top Premier League clubs.
Klopp's Reds are believed to be among his list of admirers and could face the prospect of needing to replace their star man Salah in the near future, with the Egyptian having entered the final 18 months of his contract.
Saka himself has less than 12 months remaining on his current deal and having enjoyed another stellar individual season in North London, has been tipped by emulate Salah's exploits at Anfield.

According to former European Golden Shoe winner Kevin Phillips, the English youngster would be the perfect successor to Liverpool's star man, should this season's Premier League top scorer depart in the near future.
“I think Saka will get better and better," Phillips told Football Insider. "He’s still a young kid, he’s done a lot already in his short career.
“I think he’s an unbelievable talent and I think, moulded in the right way, he’ll turn out to be a top-class player.
“Whether he can go to Liverpool, if that was to happen, could he emulate what Salah’s done? It’d be very, very difficult for any player to do that.
“But he’s certainly got the attributes and qualities that he possibly could join Liverpool and replace Salah. Let’s not forget, Salah didn’t tear it up early on at Chelsea.
“For Saka, he’s developing all the time."

While Arsenal have endured a stuttering season so far, Saka has proven to be one of their shining lights.
The attacker has netted seven goals and registered four assists across 26 appearances in all competitions this campaign having earned the accolade of the club's Player of the Year last time around.
It remains to be seen whether Klopp's Reds will follow up their supposed interest, especially having recently recruited another attacker in Luis Diaz from Porto in a £50million deal.
However, Liverpool may well be forced to dip back into the market in the near future, should the club fail to reach an agreement with Salah over fresh terms.
The 29-year-old appears to be refusing to budge on his excessive contract demands, with the player believed to be pushing for a £400,000-a-week deal.
Despite uncertainty surrounding the Egyptian's future, Klopp provided a "positive" update in recent weeks regarding negotiations.
"Nowadays, especially, I think it's really dangerous with these interviews," Klopp told reporters prior to Liverpool's Carabao Cup triumph over Saka's Arsenal last month.

"We know, I know that Mo wants to stay, we want Mo to stay.
"That's where we are. These things take time, I cannot change it, sorry. I think It's all in a good place.
"I'm very positive about it but I don't think it's fair to speak on behalf of the fans. The fans are not as nervous as you are.
"They know the club and know the people dealing with things here. I think it's positive but as long as it's not done, we cannot say anything about it. Good conversations, that's what I can say."
